    Tickets are on sale for a concert by Vanilla Ice Feb. 18 at Pipeline Cafe. The fellow who brought us the hugely big hit "Ice Ice Baby" has been visible on TV lately, with appearances on "Celebrity Boxing," "Surreal Life" and "Hit Me Baby One More Time."
