Two public fireworks displays are planned on O'ahu tomorrow night, providing gala options for those of us who won't be creating pyrotechnic madness at home:

  • Midnight at Aloha Tower Marketplace. The event will be embellished with entertainment and giveaways, beginning at 7 p.m.

  • Beginning at 11:55 p.m. over Waikiki, a special-effects-laden Grucci Family display sponsored by members of the Waikiki Improvement Association.
