Janevia Taylor tied her career-high with 23 points, and Hawai'i upset host San Jose State, 76-61, in a Western Athletic Conference women's basketball game Saturday night at The Event Center.

The Rainbow Wahine (13-7 overall, 4-5 WAC) defeated the Spartans (10-9, 4-3) for the first time in the last six games, and earned their first conference road sweep under second-year UH coach Jim Bolla.

Hawai'i defeated host Idaho, 66-60, on Thursday.

"The kids did a great job," Bolla said. "Two conference road wins, i couldn't be more proud of how they played the last two games."
