Wong rolls perfect 300 in Whiz Kids League

Joshua Wong, 20, rolled a perfect 300 while bowling in the 'Aiea Whiz Kids Junior Bowling Program League on Feb. 4.

Wong is a student at Leeward Community College.

SENIOR SOFTBALL SEEKS PLAYERS FOR VEGAS TRIP

The Chosen Few, a 65-older senior men's slowpitch softball team, is looking for experienced players to compete in the Las Vegas Masters Tournament scheduled for Sept. 26.

HUNTER EDUCATION CLASSES SCHEDULED

Hunter education classes, offered by the Hawai'i Department of Land and Natural Resources, are scheduled for today and tomorrow at Nimitz Center.

The classes are open to anyone 10 and older who enjoy the outdoors.

Today's session is from 5:45 to 10 p.m. Tomorrow's session runs from 7:45 a.m. to 4 p.m.
