Kaiser boys, Pearl City girls win OIA swimming

Kaiser won the boys title and Pearl City the girls at the O'ahu Interscholastic Association Swimming and Diving Championships at Central O'ahu Regional Park pool yesterday.

Kapolei's Meredith Egloria equaled the OIA meet record in the 100-yard freestyle in 52.82 seconds

The Cougars scored 214 points, followed by Leilehua (205) and Mililani (149).

The Chargers scored 234 points, followed by Mililani (213) and Kapolei (166).

Kahuku had eight of the 14 individual boys champions yesterday at the O'ahu Interscholastic Association Eastern Division Wrestling Championships at Moanalua yesterday.
