TONIGHT'S MUST-SEE

"Winter Olympics," 7-10 a.m., noon-5 p.m., 6:30-10:30 p.m., 12:30 a.m.-early morning, NBC. NBC gets an early start for live coverage of the gold-medal finals in women's hockey. It also has early rounds of women's bobsled and the finals of ice-dancing, which Americans are just starting to notice. Also in prime time are the finals for men's giant slalom Alpine skiing and large-hill team ski-jumping.

"Wife Swap Saved My Marriage," 7 p.m., ABC. Caprice Policchio had a clean and quiet house. Bambi Pitts had 25 animals and cheery chaos. When they traded homes for two weeks, the results were harsh. Now both women say they've moderated, and their families appreciate them more.

OF NOTE

"Half & Half," 5:30 p.m., UPN (KIKU). Last week, Michelle Williams of Destiny's Child began a three-week stay as Naomi Dawson, a competing record-company executive. In a solid and serious episode tonight, Spencer wonders why she keeps resisting him.

"SpongeBob SquarePants," 6 p.m., Nickelodeon. SpongeBob and Patrick just wanted to enjoy a medieval-themed restaurant. Soon they're in a real medieval dungeon. It's a clever episode, preceded by a "SpongeBob" marathon at 2 p.m.

"House," 7 p.m., Fox. This terrific show runs one night earlier than usual. Tonight, a teen model rages on the runway. Drugs are involved, but Dr. House feels there is more.

"How I Met Your Mother," 7:30 p.m., CBS. In a rerun, Ted has a limo whisk his friends to five New Year's Eve parties.

"24," 8 p.m., Fox. Jack is ordered to return to CTU headquarters. Should it surprise us when he refuses to go?
