Wie six back; paired with Pressel

Honolulu's Michelle Wie shot a 2-under-par 70 today and is six shots back in the inaugural LPGA Fields Open at Ko Olina.

Seon Hwa Lee is the leader. She followed a 65 Thursday with a 6-under-par 66 today for a two-day total of 131, 13-under par.

Wie will tee off at 10:30 a.m. tomorrow off the first tee. She will be paired with 17-year-old rookie Morgan Pressel, the U.S. Amateur champion and Women's Open runner-up. They began the day tied and ended the same way.

Wie finished 7-under overall at 137, after shooting a 67 yesterday.

She teed off in the afternoon from the back nine today, and parred the first three holes before birdieing the par-5 fourth hole (13th on the course). She then bogeyed her seventh. She made the turn at even-par 36.

In her back nine, Wie had four birdies and two bogeys and came in at 2-under 34.

Wie started her second nine with a birdie on the par-5 10th (1st on the course), but then bogeyed the par-4 11th.

She birdied her 12th (par-4), 14th (par-5) and 16th (par-4). She parred her par-4 15th after missing a close birdie putt. She finished with a bogey on the 18th (par-4.)

Natalie Gulbis is second at 11-under 133, after rounds of 67-66.
