HENRY WILFRED AKANA SR., 88, of Kohala, Hawai'i, died Dec.25, 2005. Born in Niuli'i, Hawai'i. Retired welder at Kohala Sugar Co. Survived by son, Henry "Hank" Jr.; daughters, Joyce Yamamoto, Olivia "Moana" Teramoto and Phyllis Teramoto; 19 grandchildren; 39 great-grandchildren; 15 great-great-grandchildren; brothers, Gervin and Ronald; sister, Ruth Zane.
