Local fitness expert Donna Lee, a personal trainer, exercise physiologist and instructor at Kapi'olani Community College in exercise and sports science, hosts "Introduction to Total Fitness" on ESS-TV, channel 'Olelo 55, each week. That's one way to jump-start your routine. See it 4:30-5:30 p.m. Mondays and Wednesdays, with a repeat of both episodes 3:30-5:30 p.m. Saturdays.
