Teen stabbed during fight at Hawai'i Kai park

A 16-year-old boy was reported to be in good condition after being stabbed at Hahaione Neighborhood Park in Hawai'i Kai early this morning.Police said two groups of young adults or teenagers agreed to meet at the park to fight. Police believe the 16-year-old boy may have been stabbed about 12:25 a.m. by an 18-year-old youth who brought a sharp instrument with him to the fight.
The injured boy was taken to The Queen's Medical Center, where he was treated and released.
The stabbing suspect fled before police arrived.
