The Kapi'olani Park bandstand is the place to be tomorrow for another celebration of the new year.

The Vietnamese New Year Festival, from 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., offers music; lion dances; Brazilian, Korean, Okinawan and Egyptian dances; hula demonstrations; food booths and arts and crafts displays.
