McLachlin ties for 2nd to win $41K

Punahou alum Parker McLachlin shot a 1-under-par 69 yesterday to finish in a three-way tie for second at the Panama Championships at Panama City, Fla.

McLachlin finished with a four-round total of 272 and earned $41,066.67.

Tripp Isenhour, a three-time winner on the developmental tour, had an 11-under 269 on the Panama Golf Club course to finish with a three-shot win. The former Georgia Tech player earned $99,000.

Kevin Gessino-Kraft (68) and Brenden Pappas (72) finished tied with McLachlin.

After a two-week break, the tour will resume with the Jacob's Creek Open in Australia and the New Zealand PGA. The first U.S. event is the Louisiana Open, March 23-26.
