Boy injured at motocross track

A 12-year-old boy was taken to Queen's Medical Center in critical condition after an accident at the Kahuku Motocross Track this afternoon, according to the city Emergency Services Department.The youth was taken to Sunset Beach Elementary and sent by medivac to the medical center, Bryan Cheplic of the Emergency Services Department said.
Cheplic said they received the call at about 2:20 p.m.
No other details were immediately available, Cheplic said.
