Weekly Thoughts

We all want a robust, vigorous and healthy body, but are we willing to pay the price? Are we careful about the food we eat and the amount? Someone said the best way to reduce is to shake your head from side to side when a second helping is offered. Do you exercise daily? Do you get enough rest?
