Forecast calls for humid day, sticky night

Expect another very warm and humid day today followed by a sticky night with light trade winds and local daytime sea breezes, according to the National Weather Service.

But don't fret: A high-pressure system is building far off to the northeast of the state and should gradually return our weather to a more typical trade-wind pattern starting tomorrow, forecasters said.

Here's what to expect over the next several days:

Today, mostly sunny. Isolated showers in the afternoon. Highs 82 to 87. Southeast winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 20 percent.

Tonight, mostly clear in the evening, then becoming partly cloudy. Isolated showers. Lows 66 to 76. Northeast winds around 10 mph. Chance of rain 20 percent.

Saturday, partly cloudy in the morning, then becoming mostly sunny. Isolated showers. Highs 83 to 88. East winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 20 percent.

Saturday night, partly cloudy with isolated showers. Lows 66 to 76. Northeast winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 20 percent.
