Water park to become megaresort

By Anthony Curtis

Although the deal will not be complete until next year, the Texas company plans to build a $4 billion 4,500-suite megaresort on the property. Wet 'n Wild, which operated for 19 years on the north end of the Strip, has been closed since 2004.
