South shore surf expected at 4 to 6 feet by evening

Surf along east-facing shores will be two to four feet today, according to the National Weather Service.

Meanwhile, surf along south-facing shores will gradually increase to heights of four to six feet by this evening.

The weather service says surf along west-facing shores will rise to heights of two to four feet as the day progresses.

Surf along north-facing shores will remain steady at two feet or less through today.
