June 9—Deadline for Izumo Taishakyo Mission of Hawai'i 16th Annual Golf Tournament, on June 22 at Pearl Country Club. Check-in and lunch at 11:30 a.m., shotgun start at 1 p.m. Fee: $125 per person. Information: 538-7778, fax 599-2786.

June 19—"Swing for Education" Golf Tournament, a benefit for St. John Vianney Education Foundation. Check-in: 10 a.m.; shotgun start: 11:30 a.m. at Mid-Pacific Country Club. Format: Three-person scramble. Fee: $185 per person, $550 per team, $40 dinner only. Information: 261-4651.
