Small south swell due in tomorrow night

Advertiser Staff

There won't be much surf to speak of anywhere on O'ahu today, but things may pick up a little later in the week, according to the National Weather Service.

Surf along south-facing shores has diminished to about 1 to 3 feet and it's about the same along west-facing shores.

Surf of 2 feet or less is expected today along east- and north-facing shores.

Things may pick up a bit as the week moves along with a pair of small south swells on the horizon.

The first one is due in tomorrow night and will be reinforced by the second swell expected by Wednesday.

And what could turn out to be a moderate northwest swell could arrive on Saturday.
