Stall near Waimalu exit slows commute

Town-bound traffic is bumper-to-bumper through the H-1/H-2 merge at this hour and heavy through the Pearl City area due to an earlier stall near the Waimalu exit.Things lighten up considerably on the Moanalua Freeway and airport viaduct, but clog up again at the Middle Street merge and remain heavy through the Liliha area.
The drive is going well this morning for commuters heading in from the windward side and East O'ahu.
