By David Waite
Advertiser Staff Writer

It will be sunny and warm again today but the trade winds should make their return beginning tomorrow, according to the National Weather Service forecast.

Things will be a bit cooler, or at least feel that way, when the trades are back in swing, but they will bring with them an increase in windward and mauka showers, although nothing heavy is expected.

Here are the forecasts for the next several days:

  • Today, mostly sunny in the morning, then becoming partly cloudy. Highs 81 to 87. North winds around 10 mph shifting to the southeast in the afternoon.

  • Tonight, partly cloudy early in the evening then becoming mostly clear. Lows 65 to 73. Northeast winds around 10 mph.

  • Tomorrow, mostly sunny. Highs 80 to 88. East winds 10 to 15 mph.

  • Tomorrow night, mostly clear. Isolated light showers. Lows 66 to 73. Northeast winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 20 percent.

  • Sunday, mostly sunny. Isolated light showers in the morning. Highs 81 to 87. East winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 20 percent.

  • Sunday night, mostly clear. Isolated light showers. Lows 65 to 74. East winds 10 to 15 mph. Chance of rain 20 percent.
