UH pitcher Wright second team All-America

Wright, who just completed his junior season with the Rainbows, was 11-2 with a 2.30 earned run average in helping the Rainbows get their first regional appearance since 1993.
"It's an honor," Wright said. "It's just a reflection of my hard work and the accomplishments of our team this past year."
The right-handed Wrght was a second-round draft pick by the Cleveland Indians last week, but has yet to sign. He is recovering from mononucleosis, which was diagnosed just before his scheduled start at the Corvallis (Ore.) NCAA Regionals nearly two weeks ago.
