The bar customer explained to police why he could not pay the tab and he was then arrested for suspicion of second-degree theft.

Police said officers went to the woman's home prior to 1 a.m. so she could file a report. After police left, the man showed up and officers were called back. Officers quickly located the man and found a loaded firearm on him.
