'Dog Whisperer' Cesar Millan returns to Honolulu Oct. 14

Cesar Millan, host of National Geographic's "Dog Whisperer," is returning to Honolulu for another dog behavior seminar.The three-hour session will take place at 9 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 14 at the McKinley High School auditorium.
Cost is $105.
