Volleyball Warriors sweep UCLA

Hawai`i swept UCLA, 30-24, 30-23, 30-28, in a Mountain Pacific Sports Federation volleyball match Saturday night to run its win streak to nine games.No. 4 Hawai`i improved to 13-4 overall and 11-3 in the MPSF. No. 9 UCLA dropped to 12-11 and 5-9.
Hawaii's Lauri Hakala led all hitters with 16 kills. Setter Brian Beckwith handed out 42 assists.
UCLA was led by Sean O'Malley and Steve Klosterman, who each had 10 kills.
