H-3 lane closes for drainage cleaning

The left Honolulu-bound lane along the H-3 freeway, between the Likelike on-ramp and the Halawa Interchange, will be closed between 8:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. today and tomorrow for drainage cleaning.The state Department of Transportation advises motorists to allow extra time and use caution while driving through the work area.
