H-3 Freeway closed in Kane'ohe

West-bound traffic on the H-3 Freeway is being diverted in Kane'ohe at the Kamehameha off-ramp due to a spilled load of concrete.Police said drivers can get back on the freeway via the Likelike Highway.
It was estimated that the closed portion of the freeway will be reopened about 2 p.m.
