Rain cancels first two days of Centennial Festival

Advertiser Staff

The first two days of the Honolulu Centennial Family Festival — Thursday and Friday — have been canceled because of the rainy weather. City officials said the festival will take place on Saturday from 10 a.m. to midnight and from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on Sunday. Admission is free.

Event sponsors are HMSA, First Insurance Company of Hawai'i, Sprint, Cox Radio Hawaii and GEICO. Shuttle service is courtesy of Polynesian Adventure Tours and other travel industry partners.

The Honolulu Centennial Family Festival is presented by the City and County of Honolulu, the Honolulu Centennial Commission and E.K. Fernandez Shows.
