South shore swell expected tomorrow

 • Today's surf report

Surf's up, even if it's on the way down along O'ahu's North Shore.

A moderate late-season north swell is expected to decline throughout the day, but even so will bring waves with face heights of six feet with occasionally larger sets along north-facing shores, according to the National Weather Service.

Surf along the south-facing shores is expected to be in the one- to three-foot range today, two to four feet along west-facing shores and three to five feet along east-facing shores.

A south swell is expected to arrive tomorrow and peak Wednesday night, bringing wave heights of up to eight feet along south-facing shores.

The south swell will gradually decline through Saturday while a small northwest swell may show up on Friday.
