Today is the day to help feed the hungry — and you don't have to go beyond your mailbox to do it.

The annual food drive by the National Association of Letter Carriers is in its 14th year. Canned protein such as Spam and tuna are especially in demand.

Just pack up the goods in bags and leave them at your mailbox; mail carriers will deliver them to the Hawaii Foodbank.
