Today's best surf on north, east shores

Good size waves should be there for the riding today along both the east- and north-facing shorelines, surf forecasters say.Wave faces of 6 to 8 feet are forecast for north-facing shores while wave faces of 5 to 7 feet are expected along east-facing shores.
Surf of 1-3 feet is predicted for today along the west- and south-facing shores.
For later in the week, the ongoing moderate, short-period north-northeast swell will be reinforced midweek by another north-northeast swell.
