  • SUEANN WELLS has been promoted to sales and marketing coordinator for Altantis Adventures, assuming marketing responsibilities as well for the attractions company offerings. Atlantis operates Atlantis Submarines in Kona, Maui and Waikiki; Navatek Cruises, sunset dinner cruises and seasonal whale-watch cruises.

  • KAHI PACARRO has been named land acquisition and senior financial analyst in the newly founded Honolulu office of Intracorp Companies. The company is developer of the luxury 212 unit condominium, The Watermark Waikiki, scheduled for completion next fall.

  • ResortQuest Hawai'i has named JOHN YOUNG general manager of the ResortQuest Kona by the Sea, a recently-renovated 76-unit oceanfront condominium resort. Young's career has included positions with Starwood Hotels & Resorts, the Maui Visitors Bureau and Village Resorts. The Honolulu-based ResortQuest Hawai'i LLC maintains 27 properties, with 5,000 rooms on Oahu, Maui, Kaua'i and the Big Island.

  • MICHAEL FRAILEY has been named Xerox Hawai'i's Big Island marketing representative, headquartered in Kona. He was in the same position in the firm's Kaua'i office and also has worked in Xerox's Denver office.

  • TOMOKO NAKA has joined Helber Hastert & Fee Planners, Inc. as a designer in landscape architecture. She was formerly executive assistant to the president of Takasho Company Ltd., Landscape Products Manufacturer and Trading Corp.

  • Clark "Skip" Morgan of Alaka'i Mechanical Corp. has been installed as president of the Sheet Metal Contractors Association for the 2006-2008 biennial term. Other officers installed were vice president: Owen Muramatsu of Elite Mechanical, Inc.; secretary: Brian Sen of Oahu Plumbing & Sheetmetal, Ltd. and treasurer: Fred Moore of HSI Mechanical. Installed as directors were: Elbert Saito of Commercial Sheetmetal Co., Inc. and Neal Arita.

  • Island Insurance Co., Ltd. has appointed Debra Chong as product development project manager. Chong will be responsible for the planning and implementation of new product initiatives as well as evaluating enhancements to existing products and services.

  • Former MSN.com employee Tina Sprague-Sandoval has joined Oceanit as a senior business associate. Most recently, she was sales manager at CTA Solutions. She will support Oceanit's rapidly growing engineering and IT solution practices.

  • Diane Bevilacqua has joined A&B, Inc. on Maui as project manager-development. She returns to Maui after eight years in Massachusetts as utilities manager for MassDevelopment Finance Agency.

  • Nishihama & Kishida, CPAs, Inc. has promoted Kekoa Beaupre to tax manager. Previously he was tax supervisor.

  • ELISE A. LIFTIN has joined CB Richard Ellis Hawaii, Inc. as assistant vice president, asset services. Liftin will be responsible for supervising all of CBRE Hawaii's office and industrial asset management properties on Maui, as well as being the supervising executive for A&B Properties, Inc.
