Advertiser Staff

The YMCA of Honolulu will be holding health and fitness open houses tomorrow.

A free weekend workout pass will be available for people who stop by between 9 a.m. and noon.

Research has shown that obesity rates for adolescents have tripled since 1980. Also, the benefits of healthy lifestyles and activity can reduce depression and stress.

YMCA has branches in Kalihi (848-2494), Central (941-3344) at Ala Moana, Nu'uanu (536-3556), Mililani (625-1040) and Windward (261-0808).

There will be free blood pressure tests and tours of the facilities.
