It's Sunset on the Beach this weekend. Before you kick back to grind (food booths include Ba-Le and Leo's Taverna) and watch the movie ("What a Girl Wants" tonight, and "Yours, Mine and Ours" tomorrow), you can do something good. Register to be a bone-marrow donor at St. Francis Medical Center's booth.

All you do is fill in a form and get the inside of your cheek swabbed (no blood samples!). The booth will be open from 5 to 7 p.m. today and tomorrow.

For information about being a donor, call the Hawaii Bone Marrow Donor Registry at 547-6154 or visit www.stfrancishawaii.org/hawaiibonemarrow.
