Man allegedly fondled girl, 15

Police arrested a 44-year-old man who allegedly exposed himself on a city bus in Kane'ohe Thursday and fondled a 15-year-old girl. The man was arrested on suspicion of third- and fourth-degree sexual assault.


3 ARRESTED IN ROBBERY, BEATING

Two men, ages 29 and 30, and a 28-year-old woman were arrested in Waikiki Thursday night after a 36-year-old man reported being beaten and robbed by the trio Sunday morning.

Police found the man injured and lying in his car in Wai'anae about 8:30 a.m. Sunday. The man told police two other men and a woman assaulted him, held him against his will, took his car, drove to a remote area, continued to beat him and took his property.

Police said the man had injuries to his face and upper body.

They said the man later identified the three assailants, who were arrested at 8:15 Thursday night at the corner of Nahua Street and Kuhio Avenue on suspicion of first-degree robbery, kidnapping and unauthorized control of a propelled vehicle.
