High Surf along East Facing Shores
Advertiser Staff
Surf could go as high as 10 feet for east-facing shores on Kauai, O'ahu, Molokai, Maui and the Big Island, according to the National Weather Service.
The high surf advisory _ meaning that waves along the affected shores will be higher than normal _ will remain in effect through 6 p.m. tonight. Strong tradewinds are generating rough and choppy surf along these east facing shores. Wave heights should drop to 4 to 7 feet on Monday.
