Surf on east, north, west shores decreasing

Surf along east, north and west shores should continue on its way down today while it holds steady along the south shore, according to the National Weather Service.

The ongoing south swell should hold through about mid-week.

A small north swell is expected to arrive here early Thursday morning and to slowly diminish on Friday.

Today's forecast calls for wave faces of:

  • Three to five feet along east-facing shores.

  • Two to four feet along north-facing shores.

  • One to three feet along west-facing shores.

  • Three to five feet along south-facing shores.
