South swell to build through tomorrow

Advertiser Staff

There should be plenty of good surf to go around today with the National Weather Service predicting wave faces of 4 to 6 feet along east-facing shores and those that face north as well.

Surf along west-facing shores will remain at 1 to 3 feet today, while it diminishes to 2 to 4 feet along the south shoreline.

A new south swell is due in tonight resulting in surf that will build through tomorrow and peak on Saturday below the south shore advisory level of 8 feet.
