Bicycle accident victim identified

The medical examiner's office has identified the 44-year-old bicyclist killed last Monday in a hit-and-run collision in Nanakuli as Martin Bux of Wai'anae.The collision occurred at 1:20 a.m. Farrington Highway west of Akowai Road.
In a separate incident, the medical examiner's office is not releasing the name of a motorcyclist killed early Friday morning on Pali Highway until next of kin is notified.
