Advertiser StaffTwo men died Tuesday in a head-on collision on Kapa'a bypass road, about a mile from Kuhi'o Highway junction.
Both victims of the 4:30 p.m. accident were in an Acura sedan that police said crossed the centerline and collided with a Honda van. The car's driver, 21, was pronounced dead at the scene. His passenger, 27, died at Wilcox Hospital. Both men were from Kapa'a.
