Oil spill slows Mokulele traffic on Maui

Traffic along Maui's Mokulele Highway is being limited between Pu'unene and the animal shelter as road crews work to clean up an oil spill.The road is not being closed completely, but portions are closing intermittently as crews wash down the thoroughfare, according to Ellen Pelissero, a Maui County spokeswoman.
