Flash-flood warnings pulled

The National Weather Service's flash-flood warnings for Kaua'i and O'ahu in place for most of the day today have expired.However, flash-flood watches were still in effect for all the Hawaiian Islands except Hawai'i, and weather officials are warning that unstable conditions could require the raising a fresh round of flood warnings during the night.
