Second mudslide flows over Pali Highway

A second mudslide has occurred along the Pali Highway between Kamehameha Highway and Kapaa Quarry Road.The landslide is partially blocking the Pali Highway, said Bryan Cheplic, spokesman for the city's Emergency Medical Services department.
