Second mudslide flows near Pali Highway

Honolulu police are on the scene of a second mudslide that occurred on Kapa'a Quarry Road near Kalaniana'ole HighwayThe second slide was reported about 2:15 p.m. and the area remains open for traffic coming into Kailua from Kamehameha Highway, police said.
Both directions of the Pali Highway around the Pali Tunnels remain closed through tonight because of an earlier mudslide
