Man charged in death threats incident

A 59-year-old man was charged today for threatening to kill two men during a late night argument Tuesday on Wanini Street in Waialua.William R. Cypriano Jr., who was initially booked for felony first-degree terroristic threatening, was charged with second-degree terroristic threatening, a misdeameanor, and resisting arrest. His total bail is $500.
