Cost-U-Less October sales up 2.5% from year earlier

Cost-U-Less Inc., a warehouse club retailer with locations in Hilo and Kapaa, reported October same-store sales rose 2.5 percent compared with the similar period a year ago.The company operates nine other stores in the Caribbean and Pacific, including locations in Fiji, American Samoa and Guam. Same-store sales are a retail measure that compare revenue gains at stores open at least a year.
