Flash flood warning until 1:30 p.m. for O`ahu

The National Wether Service has issued a flash flood warning for the island of O`ahu until 1:30 p.m. today.

As of 10:30 a.m., radar showed heavy rain over East Oahu from Kane`ohe to Hawai`i Kai.

The ground is saturated, which will quickly lead to flooding.

The rain is moving slowly southeast.

Other locations in the warning include, but are not limited to, Kane`ohe, Kailua, Waimanalo, Hawai`i Kai, Niu Valley, Honolulu and Manoa.
