Small surf expected while muddy waters clear

Advertiser Staff

There's not much happening in the way of surf today, and that's mostly a good thing since it will take a few days for the muddy water that poured into the sea from the heavy rains the past few days to settle out.

Surf along north- and east-facing facing shores will be 2 to 4 feet through today.

Surf along south-facing shores will be 1 to 3 feet while surf along

west-facing shores will be 1 to 2 feet through Friday.

A medium size west-northwest swell is expected Sunday night and Monday, with surf heights expected to be below advisory levels.
