UH football team gets more votes in AP Top 25 poll

The University of Hawaii football team received 11 votes in the Associated Press Top Twenty Five poll released today.Last week, UH received two votes.
Ohio State (10-0), which received all 65 first-place votes, is No. 1 with 1,625 points.
Michigan (10-0) is No. 2 with 1,554 votes.
Lousville (8-0), which upset West Virginia last Thursday, moved up to No. 3.
Texas (9-1), Auburn (9-1), Florida (8-1), Southern California (7-1), California (8-1), Notre Dame (8-1) and West Virginia (7-1) round out the top 10.
Boise State (9-0), first place in the Western Athletic Conference ahead of UH, is ranked No. 14.
Another team receiving votes was Oregon State (33), which plays at UH Dec. 2 in a game to be televised by ESPN2.
The voting is based on 25 points for a first place vote through one point for a 25th place vote.
