Police apprehend man tied to house-fire threat

A barricade situation in Wahiawa was resolved about 12:25 this afternoon when police took a man into custody.Police had received a call about an hour earlier about a man threatening to burn down a house on Kaliko Drive.
Officers cordoned off the area and were ordering pedestrians to stay away until the matter was resolved.
There was no immediate explanation as to what triggered the incident.
